As you might remember, some time ago I shared a post about Anatomy 4 Sculptors, when I discovered their impressive website & book, with a great references of muscles and body shapes from multiple angles and different poses.It has been a truly reference for me as an artist, in both sides of my work as a modeler/sculptor but also as a rigger. Because with it, you can really learn and understand how anatomy works in our bodies in terms of shape, structure and proportions. For all of this, now I would like to introduce you Anatomy Next.
I’m really pleased to discover that Uldis Zarins and Sandis Kondrats have been working on a new project called Anatomy Next, a website with a lot of interactive content and digital tools for artists and also, on a new book titled ‘Head & Neck Anatomy’. Besides, they kindly allowed me an advanced preview to access to their subscription website and ebook, so I can tell you, they did a fantastic job again putting together a huge resource library for any kind of artist interested in the human figure.
So check it out by yourself, because definitely, I truly recommend it!
Como quizás recuerdes, hace algún tiempo compartí un post sobre Anatomy 4 Sculptors, cuando descubrí su impresionante website y libro, con increíbles referencias de músculos y formas corporales con gran variedad de puntos de vista y poses. Desde entonces, ha sido una verdadera referencia para mí como artista, ya sea como modelador/escultor o como rigger. Con él, resulta fácil aprender y entender cómo funciona la anatomía de nuestro cuerpo en términos de forma, estructura y proporciones. Es por todo ello que ahora, me gustaría presentaros Anatomy Next.
Me alegra saber que Uldis Zarins y Sandis Kondrats han estado trabajando en un nuevo proyecto llamado Anatomy Next, un sitio web con una gran cantidad de contenido interactivo y herramientas digitales para artistas, así como en un nuevo libro titulado ‘Head & Neck Anatomy’. Además, amablemente me facilitaron acceso al contenido para subscriptores de su website así como a su nuevo libro electrónico, por lo que puedo decir, que de nuevo han hecho un gran trabajo a la hora de crear una fantástica biblioteca de referencias para cualquier tipo de artista interesado en la figura humana.
